OK, for those who keep asking about the specs, here they are:
The Fromstock Filius is a 1976 Custom 40. As I mentioned in a previous post, there were 2 sister boats built to these specs, the Fromstock Filius and Unibras Brython.

Hi, My name is Martin Stapley.
I converted Fromstock Filius after purchasing her in 1978. I spent 2 years rebuilding the interior and fitting an engine before cruising from the south coast of the uk to the caribbean. i spent 3 years in the BVI working as a charter skipper before taking 'Fromstock' unto Bermuda and then across to the East coast before selling her in Annapolis in 1985
Hi. i'd love to know if 'Fromstock' made it back into the water and how she is now.
your photos of her with the yellow deck with the cork non slip, blue sail covers is more or less how i left
her in Annapolis in 1984.
